Located in Lagos, Nigeria is the winning competition for the new Headquarter offices for one of the major Logistics and real estate development companies in Africa.

In over 2500 sqm, over four floors are around 100 modern office spaces, a gym, a multifunctional Auditorium and entertainment areas. The building is located on a hill site overlooking Lagos allowing for a comfortable working and entertainment environment.

The building is covered with Photovoltaic elements and all windows in the building are transparent photovoltaic glass, allowing the building to be air conditioned with the energy from the sun.
